Crown Regency Residences Davao

Like the space in general. Has a wide space for a garage where we had a pre-set up tables and chairs for a fee of course to complement our Kapamilya meet & greet with a light dinner upon their arrival. Has a little kitchen & dining area where some group can sit and eat. Equipped with a ref to store some foods & drinks including bottled water. But for the sake of this survey, i cannot just say all the good ones coz i just booked this place for family members who stayed here.

From my first day at Crown Regencies I’ve felt very comfortable, the staff are exceptional. Im well travelled and I have never felt so relaxed and made so welcome as I did at this hotel. I extended my stay another week as it’s a perfect place to relax by the pool or in the Jacuzzi, I will be returning here the next time I visit Davao.

I like the idea where you can park close to your unit. The rooms are very spacious. It has a kitchen, a living room, a balcony and two comfort rooms; just like at home.

Sulit naman 9200 for 5 nights. Expected na old ang hotel pero ito na kasi pinakamurang hotel na may swimming pool at breakfast. At ang taxi from SM Lanang nasa 70pesos to 103 pesos depende sa traffic. All staff are nice, most of them are OJTs (on the job training)

Rustic and comfy. Upgraded room for free to deluxe suite. Overall positive experience
